The Founders Associates story began in 2021 with a tech startup dedicated to connecting students with valuable work experiences. Since then, we have evolved to specialise in providing flexible, high-impact support for early-stage startup Founders, enabling them to tackle essential tasks without the burden of full-time hires. Our expertise is rooted in hands-on experience across a variety of industries, particularly in sports, technology, innovation, and FMCG. 

 

We have successfully navigated high-pressure projects in operations at a fast-growing sports and wellness startup, including the launch of new locations. Conducted market research and feasibility studies for a consultancy focused on consumer care. Created the framework for a SAAS project alongside their fundraising pitch deck.  This diverse experience not only equips us to understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by startups but also enables us to deliver tailored solutions.
