This privacy policy gives you information about how The Founders Associates collects and uses your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). Jack Sykes is the data controller and responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy). Jack Sykes is registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the DPA 2018.
This privacy notice applies to “You” as either a consumer, client, prospective client or business contact of Jack Sykes about whom we hold personal information. This notice is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

We would only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

How long will we keep your personal data?

accounting or other requirements.By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
